YDR

Your Disease Risk is a free personalized health assessment tool that offers individual tools for 17 diseases – 12 cancers, plus heart disease, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis and chronic bronchitis/emphysema – and a risk snapshot. Each questionnaire takes just minutes to complete and asks simple questions about health behaviors, family history and personal history. The site then provides users an estimate of disease risk along with personal prevention recommendations and a list of the factors that raise or lower risk.
