“Managing Menopause after Cancer: A New Model of Care.”

This event will be held in Holden Auditorium in the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center.

Professor Hickey is vice-chair of OBGYN at the University of Melbourne and an international leader in reproductive endocrinology and early life origins of reproductive health. She served as department head from 2013 to 2018.

Dr. Hickey will present the new model of multidisciplinary care that she has developed for managing women cancer survivors. Co-developed with patients and oncologists, this service manages menopausal symptoms, sexual dysfunction, mood and sleep disturbance in one place. She will describe the model and how it works and present data from this service, now implemented internationally.
