Julie Lock
Food Outreach provides up to two Medically Tailored Meals/Groceries for community members in this region diagnosed with HIV and cancer, living at or below 300% FPL, in 10 counties. Our services include home delivery to approx. 450 clients. Julie Lock has been Executive Director of Food Outreach for 9 years and is a graduate of FOCUS Leadership St. Louis and Washington University Olin School of Business’s business management for non-profit leaders.

Jeremy Stinson
Jeremy is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Science, along with an MBA in Healthcare Administration. An experienced healthcare leader with a dedication to cancer care, he’s contributed to community cancer programs and NCI designated comprehensive cancer centers nationwide. His previous role as the director of the Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps Health in Rolla, connected him with the amazing work occurring at WashU. His family, including his wife Rebecca, four kids and five grandchildren are his inspiration.

Karen R. White
Karen R. White, serves as CEO of Missouri Highlands Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center in rural Missouri. White’s passion and purpose is found in serving as the driving force for health and wellbeing and economic stability for her rural Missouri neighbors and communities. White, a certified public accountant (CPA) obtained her Bachelors of Applied Science in Administration with concentration in Marketing and Management from Southwest Baptist University and her Masters in Accountancy from Missouri State University.

Iris Zachary
Dr. Zachary’s research leverages data to improve health outcomes, particularly for cancer patients. As the Director of the Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center, she has been instrumental in establishing the MCR as an NCI SEER Research Registry. Her work in public health informatics and cancer informatics emphasizes the use of data to study cancer diagnosis patterns and evaluate cancer prevention strategies.
