Division faculty are invited to attend a presentation from Becker Library on their new “Profiles” platform. This is a pilot of the Scopus database’s “Pure” portal, which compiles information on your research activity, with a focus on your research network and impact. Our version, “Profiles,” can be found here: https://profiles.wustl.edu.
To help us learn more about this platform—its purpose, how it compiles its information, what it can do for faculty—Dr. Colditz scheduled a presentation from the library. This is a great chance to ask questions about the platform and provide some early feedback (it has some clear problems already) so they can decide whether to invest in the tool.
